Although RentRight is very easy to use, many new users would like one
or two hours or days of training so they can learn the special features
and get as much from their software as possible. We have the following
training options.
CD Tutorials
On this CD, you can experience live
vocal and visual demonstrations of the software in use.
- Includes short videos
tutorials (each 5 - 15 min. long) with voiceover covering common procedures in
RentRight.
- Users will see how
cursor the moves in the RentRight program along with a voice-over walking you
through the setting-up processes and daily operations.
- Great for first time
users of RentRight, training of new employees, and for competent users'
reference of advanced operations.

Training by Telephone
A Certified RentRight Consultant will conduct a two-hour training
session via phone.
You could either use the 2 hours all at once or use one hour at a
time, depending on the arrangement between you and the trainer. With
training, you will have a good start in setting up your RentRight
database.
Phone training consists of:

Basic use of RentRight to demonstrate what the
software can do for your business

All areas of RentRight will be reviewed

RentRight Reporting - learn how to get the information
you want from reports
Cost - $299.99 per two-hour installment

Training On Site
A Certified RentRight Consultant will come to your
location for an eight-hour personalized training session for up to 3
users. Training will include hands-on demonstrations for every
participant to reinforce learning.
On-site training consists of:

Basic use of RentRight to demonstrate what the
software can do for your business

All areas of RentRight will be reviewed

RentRight Reporting - learn how to get the information
you want from reports

Personalized set up of your RentRight program for your
business

An electronic training manual or presentation will be
provided for each user
Cost - $1,000.00 for up to 3 participants for the
first day and $900.00 for each additional day. The charge for each
additional participant is $150.00 per day. Additional costs for the
client include airfare, hotel, and taxi fees (when applicable) for the
consultant.

Training prices are subject to change. All fees
must be paid prior to the training session, and are non-refundable due
to cancellation or other reasons. Training must be completed within 90
days of purchase date or the amount will be forfeited. Reschedule of both phone and on-site
training must be communicated at least one business day prior to the
previously scheduled training date or the departure of the consultant,
whichever date is earlier.
