Sign up for our Standard Support Service and get unlimited email and Toll Free telephone technical support for an annual fee of 20% of your total software cost or a minimum of $395.99.


Priority Express Support Service

Our Priority Express Support Package is our premium choice for businesses that need fast help available to them. This is a good package for businesses that cannot afford any down time, or who need quick answers to questions about how to use the software. Get unlimited Toll Free calls and emails to RentRight technical support technicians. Get priority answering of your questions with guaranteed prompt response times during business hours. We will be able to dial into your database for prompt attention to your problem.

Includes RentRight Training CD ($149.99 in value) , 2 hours of telephone training scheduled at your convenience ($300.00 value).

Your request will be our first priority, you will always be moved to the top if the queue. The cost for this package is an annual subscription fee of $900.00 added to your Standard Support Service cost.


Just a Quick Question

If you have a quick question and you are not ready to purchase an annual Support Plan, then you can buy technical support for $5 per minute in 10-minute increments. If your question or problem is more extensive, it is recommended that you purchase an annual plan. We will verify your credit card and then a technical support representative will call or email you. Your credit card will be billed based on the length of the call including the time taken to research and respond to your problem.
