If you have a quick question and you are not ready to purchase an annual Support Plan, then you can buy technical
support for $5 per minute in 10-minute increments. If your question or problem
is more extensive, it is recommended that you purchase an annual plan. We will
verify your credit card and then a technical support representative will call or
email you. Your credit card will be billed based on the length of the call
including the time taken to research and respond to your problem.
