    Free RentRight Technical Support:
    Free telephone and E-mail technical support are available for 30 days from the purchase date.

    • Online Manual: View in PDF download format. For RentRight Next Generation, go to Start button on the bottom of your computer and choose Programs> RentRight> Manual   Download an electronic version for RentRight Version 3 now!
    • Free Updates: Download and install the latest service releases. The latest support updates fix all known problems and contain new complimentary features.   
    • Help systems within RentRight:
      • Content-based: Help à RentRight Help within your RentRight software.

    CD Tutorials

    On this CD, you can  experience live vocal and visual demonstrations of the software in use.
    • Includes short video tutorials (each 5 - 15 min. long) with voice-overs covering common procedures in RentRight.
    • Users will see how the cursor moves in the RentRight program along with a voice-over walking you through the setting-up processes and daily operations.
    • Great for first time users of RentRight, training of new employees, and for competent users' reference of advanced operations.

    Training by Phone or On Site

    You can purchase telephone training in blocks of 2 hours or have a trainer come to your location. Learn More about RentRight training.


    Standard Support Service

    Sign up for our Standard Support Service and get unlimited email and Toll Free telephone technical support for an annual fee of 20% of your total software cost or a minimum of $395.99.


    Just a Quick Question

    If you have a quick question and you are not ready to purchase an annual Support Plan, then you can buy technical support for $5 per minute in 10-minute increments. If your question or problem is more extensive, it is recommended that you purchase an annual plan. We will verify your credit card and then a technical support representative will call or email you. Your credit card will be billed based on the length of the call including the time taken to research and respond to your problem.
