General Information about the Reports Form
Buttons and Folders Act as Hyperlinks

The open folder is the REPORTS Contractor Folder

Here you can view a list of contractors and print it if desired. You can choose to list the name of the company and phone number, or you can choose a more detailed listing including: companies name, address, phone number and your notes about the contractor.

To view a list of all contractors	Press the ALL icon on the bottom of the form.
To view a list of one or more types of contractor only	Press the NONE icon on the bottom of the form. Then click on the desired type(s) of contractor to mark them.
To view contractor information	Use the scroll bar to scroll down or to the right and left through the information.
To choose level of report detail	Click on the Detail box to the left.
To print list of contractors desired	First press the DONE icon to view the list as it will appear if printed. Now press .
