I was helping one of my clients select a property management
software program. Yours was one that I chose to "play" with.
It's a very nice package, easy to use and very cosmetic. I like
the way it interfaces with QuickBooks. I also like the idea
that I can play with the complete package and not just parts of
it before buying it.
I'm an accountant who deals with property management software

It's easy to learn and very user friendly. Everything you need to record and

click of a button.
As a Property Manager, I have found RentRight to be a great asset. The

Over the
years we had often received ads for software that promised to do
all but clean the kitchen sink. In addition, the programs
were expensive ...I couldn’t justify the outrageous prices.
My husband went to the Web to see what else might be available to better fit
our needs. My requests included something that was easy and quick
to learn. Of those he found, RentRight caught my attention for
several reasons. The price for the RentRight software was reasonable, offered technical support, and
provided the opportunity to try out the “real deal” on line at no
costs, an advantage not offered by competitors.
After working with it for an afternoon, I knew we had found “gold” in a
reasonably priced package.
Even before making the actual purchase, the RentRight personnel were so
helpful in answering my questions. After purchasing
RentRight, I found the technical support team to be knowledgeable,
pleasant to work with, and most importantly, helpful.
I have recommended RentRight to
other rental property owners and they also agree that everything
that is needed to better manage their properties is bundled
together in RentRight.

I would like to convey my sincere
satisfaction with RentRight. It has made managing my property so
much easier. Last night, I found other useful tools that RentRight
offers that will make managing the property a lot easier in
addition to helping save time with end of the year tax
information, etc. There is so much to this program and I think I
have only been able to tap into a fraction of what it offers. I
can say that with the hurdles of income property and the possible

Several years ago I realized that our small property management company needed help. A friend
searched the Web and found three software companies that provided what appeared to meet our needs. Unfortunately, I
purchased one of the others first. After using it for two months, we were in worse shape than before. So, again, I
searched and purchased the second choice.
I finally downloaded your test program and
used your software in test mode. What a relief to finally
find some help and I didn't need to be a CPA to
understand it! I have since upgraded twice and now have the Pro

It is very easy to use! I am computer

The free updates every few weeks are easy
to install and make me feel the program won’t become obsolete, and
that the company cares about the quality of it’s product. Your
product does everything I need to keep on top of my rental
business. I felt as I bought more units that I was drowning in
paperwork, and losing control. Now I feel totally organized and on
